Austin Hein Productions LLC (“AHP”, “we”) runs AHP Websites: ahpwebsites.com, and the platform behind the artist sites we build. This page says what personal information we collect, why, who it goes to and how long we keep it, in three parts: visitors to ahpwebsites.com, artists who use AHP Websites, and fans who use an artist's site.
1. Visitors to ahpwebsites.com
When you apply for a free homepage design
We get what you type: your name, email, act name, kind of act, and your website or Instagram, plus the page you sent it from and, if you came from an ad, its tags (such as utm_source or Meta's click id). We use it to review your application and answer you, and to see which of our ads work. We email you once to confirm we got it.
Keeping out robots
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser for signs of a robot; Cloudflare gets your IP address and details about your browser for that check. We keep only a scrambled form of your IP address (it can't be turned back into the address) to limit how often one visitor can send the form.
Measuring our ads
ahpwebsites.com uses the Meta pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone views the page or sends an application, so we can see which ads work and show ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies and information about your browser and device for this, under its own policy. We don't send Meta your name, email or anything you type in the form. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings, by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or with a tracking blocker. ahpwebsites.com doesn't respond to browsers' “Do Not Track” signals, so the pixel loads either way; those choices still limit it.
How long we keep it
We keep your application while we talk with you, and as long as we need it for our records if you become a client. Ask us and we'll delete it.
2. Artists who use AHP Websites
- Your account: each login's email address. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored only in a scrambled form we can't read. A cookie keeps you signed in to your backend; it's needed for the backend to work.
- Your brand and content: your name, colors, fonts, logos, links, the photos and files you upload (we remove location data from photos), and the designs you make. Uploaded photos and designs are stored behind long, unguessable links, so your site can show them.
- The Design Studio: what you ask for, your brand details and any pictures or files you attach are sent to the AI services that make your designs: Anthropic (Claude, which designs), Runware (which paints pictures with Google's and OpenAI's image models, and may get your reference photos, including people in them) and fal (which sharpens pictures). We keep a record of each request's cost, but not its words in that record.
- Your shop: to set up payments, we create your Stripe account with your email, your act's name and your site's address; Stripe collects the rest itself. If you connect Printful, we keep the access it gives us, locked.
- Requests you send us through Request a change, and the emails between us.
- Sign-in protection: scrambled forms of the email address and IP address used to sign in, kept for 2 days, to stop people guessing passwords.
If you cancel, we keep your files for 90 days, send you a copy on request, and then delete your account, content, booking requests, mailing list and orders. We keep records of what the AI services cost, without your name on them.
3. Fans on an artist's site
Artist sites we build run on our platform, and we handle their visitors' information for the artist: the artist decides what to do with it, and you can ask them, or us, about it.
- Booking requests: what you fill in (such as your name, email, phone, the event, its date and place, and your message). The artist gets it by email and in their backend, and you get an automatic reply.
- Mailing lists: your email (and name, if asked). The artist decides what to send you; every message should let you unsubscribe.
- Orders: your name, email, phone (if you give it), shipping address and what you bought. You pay on Stripe's page, on the artist's own Stripe account: your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. For items Printful makes, Printful gets your name, shipping address and phone, to make and ship them, but not your email. Order and shipping emails come from us for the artist.
- Robots and limits: forms and checkout use Cloudflare Turnstile (as in part 1), and we keep a scrambled form of your IP address to limit how often one visitor can send them.
- Your cart is kept in your own browser, not on our servers, and holds only what's in it. Playing a video or a song may load YouTube or Apple, under their own policies.
We keep this information until the artist deletes it or leaves AHP Websites (then it's deleted 90 days after). The street address, ZIP code and phone on an order are cleared 12 months after it's done. The artist's own Stripe and Printful accounts keep their own copies under their policies.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use fans' information for our own marketing. We share it only with the companies that run the service for us:
- Supabase (our database and file storage, in the United States) and Vercel (hosting)
- Resend (sending email) and Cloudflare (Turnstile)
- Stripe (payments) and Printful (making and shipping merch), on the artist's own accounts
- Anthropic, Runware and fal (the Design Studio's AI), for artists' content only
- Meta (the pixel on ahpwebsites.com only)
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or with a company that takes over AHP Websites, which would be bound by this policy.
5. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information: write to austin@ahpmusicvideos.com. For a fan, we may pass your request to the artist, whose information it is. We answer within 30 days.
6. Security
Every site and the platform use HTTPS. Each artist's logins see only that artist's information, our keys stay on our servers, and card details are handled only by Stripe, which meets the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS).
7. Children
AHP Websites isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, write to us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date, and tell artists by email about important changes. Questions: austin@ahpmusicvideos.com.
