Refunds and cancellation

The free homepage design

It's free, with no payment and no obligation. If you don't love it, you don't owe us anything.

The build fee

You pay the one-time build fee ($500 for an artist site, $750 for a booking site) once you've seen and loved your homepage design. It isn't refundable once we've started building the rest of your site, unless we can't deliver it: then we refund it in full.

Your plan

• Plans are month to month. Cancel any time by emailing austin@ahpmusicvideos.com, or through Request a change in your backend.
• Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part of a month.
• If we change your plan's price, we tell you at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first.

After you cancel

• At the end of your paid month, your site and backend go offline, and your shop closes.
• We keep your files for 90 days and send you a copy on request: photos, designs, booking requests, your mailing list and orders. Then they're deleted.
• We transfer a domain we registered for you to you, free (you can also ask for it any time while you're with us).

Fans buying merch from an artist

When you buy from an artist's shop, you're buying from the artist, and you pay them directly through Stripe. Their shipping and returns policy is on their site, and refunds come from them: contact the artist. AHP doesn't take or hold fans' payments, so it can't refund them itself.

Payments

Payments to us and to artists are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Prices are in US dollars. Questions about a charge: austin@ahpmusicvideos.com.
