Terms of Service

1. What we do

We design and build a website for your music (an artist site or a booking site), host it, and keep it running. Depending on your plan, it comes with a backend where you see booking requests, your mailing list and orders, a Design Studio for posts, stories, album covers and logos, and a merch store.

2. The free homepage design

• You apply on ahpwebsites.com. We review every application and choose the ones we take on, and we answer each one within 2 business days.
• If we accept yours, we design your homepage for free. There's no payment and no obligation.
• One free homepage design per act. We can end or change this offer at any time; applications already accepted keep it.
• The design stays ours unless you go ahead with the build. Please don't use it, or have someone else build it, without us.

3. The build fee

If you love your homepage design and want the whole site, you pay a one-time build fee: $500 for an artist site, $750 for a booking site, unless we agreed on a different price in writing. Then we build the rest of the site with you and set it up at your own address.

4. Your plan

From the day your site launches, you pay for a plan each month, in US dollars:

• Base, $29 a month: Your custom site, at your own address; Hosting, security and Website Care; Your domain, renewed for you; Booking requests with instant alerts and auto-replies; Your mailing list; Your backend, with a login for every bandmate.
• Hero, $59 a month: The Design Studio: posts, stories and covers in your brand; The logo designer; Your merch store: Printful or ship it yourself, no cut; and later, branded video overlays, once built.
• Top, $129 a month: More than twice Hero's studio use; New AI models first; and later, analytics, once built.

Plans with the Design Studio include a monthly amount of studio use, shown in your backend. It renews each month and doesn't carry over, and we may limit very heavy use in one day to keep the service running for everyone.

We may change our prices. If your plan's price changes, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you don't agree.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. If a payment fails and isn't fixed after we've let you know, we may pause your site until it is.

5. Website Care

Every plan includes Website Care: hosting, security updates, your domain (section 7), and unlimited small edits by email, done within 2 business days. Small edits are things like new text, photos, videos, show dates or links. Redesigns and new features are quoted first, and you decide whether to go ahead.

6. Your content, and what you make

• Your music, photos, videos, words, names and logos stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build, run and show your site and to provide the platform's features.
• You confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don't break the law or anyone else's rights.
• Designs and logos you make in the Design Studio and the logo designer are yours to use, for your music, your merch and anything else. Some of their pictures are made by AI image models. Such pictures may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and we can't promise no one else will ever make something similar.
• Please don't ask the studio to copy another artist's, brand's or label's logo or artwork. We may refuse requests like that.
• We may show your site in our portfolio (on ahpwebsites.com and ahpmusicvideos.com, for example). Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
• The code of your site and of our platform stays ours. If you leave, you take your content and files with you (section 10).

7. Your domain

Website Care includes your domain. A domain you already own stays yours, whether you keep it where it is (and keep renewing it yourself) or move it to us so Website Care renews it. If you need a new one, we register it in our account, hold it and renew it while your plan is active, and transfer it to you, free, whenever you ask or if you leave.

8. Merch and your fans

• You're the seller in your shop. Fans pay you directly, into your own Stripe account, and print-on-demand orders go to your own Printful account. Stripe and Printful have their own terms, which you accept with them, and their fees are yours. We take no cut of your sales.
• Prices, sales tax, shipping, returns, refunds and disputes with your fans are yours to handle, with the tools in your backend. Before your shop opens, you accept our shop terms there.
• Booking requests and your mailing list are yours. We keep them for you and send the emails you set up. When you write to your fans, follow the law on marketing email (in the US, CAN-SPAM).

9. Fair use

Don't use the site or the platform for anything illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit, to send spam, to infringe someone's rights, or to break, overload or get around the platform's protections. We may pause or close an account that does, and we'll tell you why.

10. Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing austin@ahpmusicvideos.com or through Request a change in your backend. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for; then your site and backend go offline. We keep your files for 90 days after, and send you a copy of them (your photos, designs, booking requests, mailing list and orders) on request. After 90 days, they're deleted. Refunds are covered on our refunds and cancellation page.

We may end our service to you with 30 days' notice, or right away if you seriously break these terms. If we end it without a reason of yours, we refund what you've paid for the time after.

11. How the service is offered

We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug. We use other companies to run it (listed in our Privacy Policy), and their outages can affect it. We improve the platform over time and may change how features work.

As far as the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We're not responsible for lost profits or sales, or for indirect losses. You're responsible for claims caused by your content or by how you run your shop and bookings.

12. The legal parts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute goes to the courts in New Jersey. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
